How To Brush Your Teeth

Have you noticed your teeth? You did teeth brushing every day without thinking too much, while they themselves think about something else...

So first and most important advice about proper tooth brushing - to concentrate on this process!

You ask how to do this? Very simple - shift the toothbrush in the other arm :) You are right-handed? Wonderful!

Thus, the standard procedure for brushing your teeth is as follows:

All front and rear surfaces of the teeth should be cleaned with sweeping movements from the gum to the edge of the tooth.

Use back-and-forth brushing motions to clean the inside surfaces of the teeth, as well as the chewing surfaces.

Close your mouth and brush made a circular motion with the capture of teeth and gums. That’s complete the cleaning process.

What else is important? Of course, regular (at least two times a day), duration (not less than three minutes) and time (after meal)!

Properly store the brush: it must always be clean and arranged bristles up.

Using a simple toothbrush cannot clean the gaps between the teeth. We use Dental floss (flosses).

By the way, brush your tongue to remove bacteria that cause bad breath! And this should be done at least twice a week.

Routine inspection at the dentist should take place once every six months.

Healthy your teeth! To smile!
